Is there a contract?
Nope. You have complete flexibility to change or stop your fruit delivery service at any time.
Can I customize our order?
Our fruit crates are standardized across all customers from week to week, however we can accommodate minor requests such as “less apples, more grapes,” or “no pears,” etc.
Do we have to have a weekly delivery?
No. While most of our customers enjoy delivery once or twice a week, we can also provide bi-weekly or even monthly basis.
If you are interested in a “one-off” single delivery, we can accommodate that. Prices may be slightly higher than our regular plans but we would be happy give you a quote or make a recommendation that suits your budget.
What is your delivery range?
Anywhere inside Lincoln city limits. If your office is located just outside Lincoln, contact us and we’ll see if we can make it work for you.
Is your fruit guaranteed?
All our fruit is hand-selected and guaranteed to be free of spoilage upon delivery. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or full refund.
Do you sell fruit by the case?
Yes, we do offer select fruits by the case for larger companies and special events. Contact us for additional information.
How do you handle billing?
Most of our customers are invoiced every 4 weeks. We can process payments with credit card on file, ACH, or by check (net-20.)
What time will my delivery arrive?
We start at 7am and strive to have them all delivered by noon.
What do we do with the empty wooden crate?
We will swap the empty crate on your next delivery.

The standard sized selections above are ideal for small and medium size companies. If your company requires larger quantities, and prefers a limited selection of only apples and bananas for example, please let us know. We’re happy to work with you to determine the best fit for your needs and budget. Fruit delivered by the case is also an option. Veggie Tray Add-On: Serves 16 and may include carrots, broccoli, celery, peppers, snap peas, cauliflower and more. Like our fruit crates, the variety may change from week to week.
Ordering Recommendations: A good starting point is at least 2 pieces of fruit per employee per week. e.g. if your company has 25 employees, start with one 25 piece crate delivered on Monday and another on Wednesday.
Account Setup
Once the decision has been made to commence with 9to5fruit service, a few basic contact and payment details are required from your company and then we’re off. No commitments. Pay as you go. It’s that simple.
